[Banach] Abstract of a paper by Thomas Jech

This is an announcement for the paper "Algebraic characterizations
of measure algebras" by Thomas Jech.


Abstract: We present necessary and sufficient conditions for the
existence of a countably additive measure on a complete Boolean
algebra.
